Works great and nice looking in kitchen
Best looking tea kettle i have seen in awhile. The whisle very loud and easy to pour and keep clean.

Looks great
Quality well made pot. However the handle does get slightly hot to the touch. Also the spout is at a strange angle and you really have to turn pot upside down to get all the water out.

Green teapot
It's cute decorative colorful and functional. It appears to be well made and it boils water.

pros Appears well made. I never actually used the kettle before returning but the device to open the spout seems like it would keep you from burning yourself on steamCons I bought this to match my green apple kitchen aid mixer. The green is not the same. And although it is still a very attractive tea kettle the green shades don't even compliment each other. This kettle is more of a pastel shade while the mixer is very bright green. I guess I'm confused why Kitchen Aid would use the same name for two very different colors. I'll just be keeping my le crueset kettle in blue.

Rubber melts, porcelain cracks, handle is hot
We had this kettle for around a year. The rubber pieces melted within the first month you needed an oven mit to lift it after heating because the handle was the same temp as the rest of the kettle and recently the porcelain cracked and broke while we were heating water. Do not buy this kettle.

Great Function, Lovely Color, Good Durability
I've had my kettle for several months now and love it as much as the day I got it. I spent way too much time reading reviews and trying to choose a teakettle. I'm so glad I chose this one.PROSNot only is the color green beautiful but the finish is very durable and lasting quite well on our gas stove. You'd never know we have a gas stove by looking at the bottom of the kettle. I've seen no signs of rust however I do live in a dryer climate and I empty it most of the time after using it. The coating seems very thick which also makes me feel pretty confident it will last awhile. We've received many compliments on the looks of it and it is a permanent fixture on the stove now.CONSThis is being picky I know! The only thing I would improve on this is the lever. I'd prefer it be on the handle since the lever is very prone to flip back shut. No big deal I just use 2 hands to pour the water.

This item came really quick.

Loved it for the first month.
I LOVED this kettle. It's beautiful well designed and has a great whistle. Unfortunately after a month or so of use I started noticing small areas of rust inside the kettle. After looking at reviews of this kettle online I found out that this is a fairly common problem.
